Contract to Supply Goods The display of goods on Bladefish.co.uk amounts to an invitation to buy. We endeavour to display and describe these goods as accurately as possible. Prices quoted include UK VAT quoted at 20%. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. If products are delivered to you outside the EU you will be responsible for any local sales tax or duties arising from the delivery. A contract to supply goods between you and us is created only after we have shipped your goods and an email has been sent you by Bladefish.co.uk (or a third party contracted by Mayhem UK Ltd) confirming this. This email constitutes order acceptance and completion of the contract between you and us regardless of whether or not you receive the email. Your order may not be accepted if we cannot authorise your payment or the product(s) ordered are unavailable from stock. We reserve the right to postpone delivery of your order until payment has been satisfactorily received. Delivery Charges UK & EU: £10 per Bladefish Rest of the World: £20 per order plus £20 per Bladefish [RoW example: 1 x Bladefish delivery total is £40, 2 x Bladefish delivery total is £60] Returns Policy and Procedure 30 day guarantee If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us for a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase, within the reasons and terms as set out below: Change of heart If you change your mind you can return a product to us provided it is unused and in perfect condition with the original packaging intact.Please retain your proof of postage when returning items back to us as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Gift items If you have received a product from us as a gift we are happy to exchange it for something else but we cannot give refunds to anyone but the original purchaser. Faulty or defective items If you return a product that is faulty we will happily refund the cost of returning it us or alternatively arrange a collection on you behalf where possible. If you believe an item to be faulty please email us first at sales@mayhemuk.com explaining what the fault is and how it happened. We can then issue you with a Fault Reference Code. We do test all items returned because of a fault and cannot make a full refund if we believe the product has been damaged due to mis-use and not due to a fault. Refunds and replacements If we have received your item back and you are due a refund of replacement from us we will endeavour to process this within 7 days of receipt of the item but please allow up to 28 days. With any items returned to us please ensure the returns form included with the product is filled in correctly as we cannot process your return without this. Limitation of Liability This section applies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Mayhem UK Ltd, its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will not be liable for damages arising out of use or in connection with the use of this website. The contract entered into with Mayhem UK Ltd for the purchase of goods on this website is governed by English Law and the jurisdiction of English Courts. Mayhem UK Ltd does not accept liability for any damages claimed arising from use of this website or its products including: indirect, direct or consequential loss of data, loss of profit, loss or damage to property.
